Numbers in bulk from excel sheet in a specific format. User can download this specific format from

Application itself. This facility reduces the time required for data entry.

Card Inventory & Card Audit Feature

Supports multiple card formats on same system

• Support up to 253 card formats. (in case of HID Controllers)

• 26- bit card format, 32- bit, 34-bit card formats and 35- bit corporate 1000 format.

(In case of HID Controllers) • Support custom card formats.

Facility to read unknown card formats

• If card format is not known the application can accept raw hex value.

• Select any reader from application, show unknown card format on selected reader.

• Application gives information about Facility code and card number of the unknown card.

Manage Multiple Access Groups; manage up to 65535 access groups

Manage Multiple Time Zones; no limitation on time zones

Manage Multiple Door Groups; no limitation on Door Groups

Manage Extended Access and Pass-back Exempt

• User can define normal access grant time, for physically challenged employee as it’s not possible to pass through the door as per normal access grant time.

 

• Application has facility for such Card holders to assign extended access time so that door force alarm

should not generate.

• Application has facility of anti-pass back but for some key peoples in the organization we can bypass the anti-pass back by exempting them.

Timed/Real Anti-pass back for area control

• If you set Time Anti-Pass back then user can't get access once he swaps the card for particular time

Interval which is defined.

• If you set Real Anti-Pass back then at define area user gets normal access.

Facility to reset Anti-pass back for particular employee in case of emergency.

Door Enabling, Disabling from Software

I/O and alarm configurations like fire, door-held, door-forced, battery failure, AC failure, etc.

Monitor and control I/O status in real-time.

Real time alarm monitoring.

Pop-up or SMS alerts on various alarm conditions (SMS's to be procured separately)

User can receive various alarms from hardware such as:

• Battery fail

• AC fail

• Facility to reset all the alarms from application

• Tamper alarm and other alarms from I/O Linker.

Elevator Control; to manage multiple elevator groups and employee groups.

Door Interlocking

• If the system requires the user to pass through two doors in a series to enter the premises and if the

doors are interlocked, both the doors cannot be opened at a time. Thus, we can select more than two

doors in a group.

Bulk Import and Registration of employees.

Fire alarm system integration

• User can integrate fire alarm panel to the access controller so that through I/O linker the application can get the alarms in case of fire from fire panel.

 

• User can reset the alarm received from fire panel from the application itself.

• Based upon I/O linker grouping, the controller will take an action.

Web-Based Reporting Module provided for easy accessibility.

Whenever the employee flashes the card/biometric at the main entrance for visual authentication by the security guard.

Integration with Milestone Corporate Version.

• User can make reader & IP CCTV combination for each controller from controller and reader setting

Option. So That for each punch user can get clip or image from specified reader.

• User can view live transactions from live window by selecting specific controller & reader. From same window user can open and close the doors for authorized person by clicking on open /close button.

• From Live view window user can compare the stored image of the registered employee with the

Image/clip received from IP CCTV.

• User can set Clip duration for the clip length required against each transaction.

• User can view stored records from report menu with the stored image for comparison in case of forensic if required.
